About the Role
As a Growth Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing SDR team and drive the first conversation CEOs, founders, and CFOs have with Recur Club. Your curiosity, storytelling, and hustle will open doors for our Business Development teams to structure breakthrough debt solutions for India’s most exciting startups and SMEs.

This role offers a front-row seat to CXO-level deal-making while providing the opportunity to learn capital markets, lending products, and SaaS metrics, preparing you for a transition into a Business Development role in 12–18 months.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top-of-funnel: research, identify, and prospect high-potential companies through cold calls, social selling, events, and inbound qualification
  • Run first-touch discovery with founders and finance leaders, uncovering funding pain points and pitching Recur Club’s platform
  • Qualify, prioritize, and hand off warm opportunities to Capital Consultants, ensuring every lead is logged in CRM with notes, next steps, and deadlines
  • Maintain a winning pipeline: track activity, conversions, and experiments in CRM; hit weekly outreach and monthly targets
  • Be the market microphone: relay objections, feature requests, and sector insights to Product, Growth, and Underwriting teams
  • Continuously level up: study capital-markets basics, lending products, and SaaS metrics to graduate to a Business Development role

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years in sales or business development (internships and campus sales experience count)
  • Magnetic communication: clear, concise, high-energy on phone, email, and social
  • Fearless prospecting mindset: comfortable calling CEOs and asking the right questions
  • Solid grasp of spreadsheets and CRMs; comfortable with data dashboards and tracking conversion rates
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; curiosity, grit, and coachability required
