About the Role
As Marketing Lead, you will drive Recur’s next phase of growth through AI-powered marketing strategies. You will own the marketing funnel end-to-end—from audience segmentation to conversion optimization—and work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to position Recur Club as the category leader in debt for SMEs and startups. You will build AI-driven marketing playbooks combining data, automation, and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Own the full marketing funnel, focusing on qualified leads and conversions
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns using AI tools for creative generation and performance prediction
  • Performance Marketing: Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic) and optimize organic channels (SEO, social, email)
  • AI Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Scale ABM programs targeting SMEs, lenders, partners, and investors with hyper-personalized campaigns
  • Content & Brand: Own all external-facing content, including case studies, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content
  • Data & Analytics: Build marketing analytics dashboards, run AI-assisted growth experiments, and translate insights into scalable playbooks

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Fintech, Banks, NBFCs, or other high-growth startups
  • Graduate from a tier-1 business school with a proven track record of high achievement
  • AI-native mindset; experienced with AI tools (HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
  • Proven demand generation and ABM experience
  • Strong technical skills: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn campaigns, email automation, analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional content marketing and storytelling skills
